Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to
process. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has
shipped.

Return Policy

Glow Flow Chefs will accept for return unopened product only, within 15 days of receipt. You may receive a full refund or store credit (less the cost of shipping).

International Orders

Glow Flow Chefs does not currently offer international shipping. We hope to soon!
