Superfood Matcha Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk/almond milk 
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup spinach 
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 
  • 2 tsbp Glow Flow Chefs Instant Matcha Latte Blend 
  • 1 tbsp collagen protein (or protein blend of choice) 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 1 whole date 
  • *Add water as needed to get the consistency you desire. 

 

Directions:

  1. Blend in a highspeed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
