Mint Chip Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Matcha Blend
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp spirulina (optional)
- 1/8 tsp peppermint flavoring
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs, add at the end
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high-speed blender and blend until evenly combined.
- Add cacao nibs at the end and blend for 5 seconds.
