Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Matcha blend
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp spirulina
- 1/8 tsp peppermint flavor oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (add at the end, blend on high for 10 seconds after all other ingredients have been blended together)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
