Matcha Lemonade Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 frozen zucchini
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Energizing Matcha Blend
  • 2 drops stevia
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tsp spirulina & 1/2 immunity shot for that extra kick! (Optional) 

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until evenly combined.
