Matcha Lemonade Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 frozen zucchini
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Energizing Matcha Blend
- 2 drops stevia
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp spirulina & 1/2 immunity shot for that extra kick! (Optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until evenly combined.
