Matcha Latte Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 tbsp glow flow chefs instant matcha latte blend
- 1 tbsp collagen protein powder
- 1 tsp Bullet Proof brain octane oil
Directions:
