Matcha Latte Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup spinach 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice 
  • 2 tbsp glow flow chefs instant matcha latte blend 
  • 1 tbsp collagen protein powder 
  • 1 tsp Bullet Proof brain octane oil 
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
