Matcha Collagen Balls
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter 
  • 2 tablespoons coconut or MCT oil 
  • 2 tablespoons collagen protein powder 
  • 2 tablespoons Glow Flow Chefs Matcha Blend 
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (we suggest @Omicaorganics) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut butter and coconut/MCT oil in a small pot over the stove.
  2. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir well to evenly combine.
  4. Pour mixture into silicone chocolate molds.
  5. Place in the fridge or the freezer, depending on how quickly you want them!
  6. Double the recipe to make a larger amount to save for later.
