Matcha Collagen Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut or MCT oil
- 2 tablespoons collagen protein powder
- 2 tablespoons Glow Flow Chefs Matcha Blend
- 5 drops liquid stevia (we suggest @Omicaorganics)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- Melt coconut butter and coconut/MCT oil in a small pot over the stove.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well to evenly combine.
- Pour mixture into silicone chocolate molds.
- Place in the fridge or the freezer, depending on how quickly you want them!
- Double the recipe to make a larger amount to save for later.
