Immunity Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder)
  • 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Instant Turmeric Latte Blend
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • + handful ice (a little water if you want thinner consistency)

 

Directions:

  1. Add all contents into a blender and blend until smooth.
