Bulletproof Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, macadamia milk, cashew milk, coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Matcha Latte Blend
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (we love Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil)
- 1 tbsp grassfed butter or ghee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- [ADDITIONAL OPTION] 1 tbsp collagen protein powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a mug and use a hand-held frother to blend. Or add all ingredients to a blender and combine for 10 seconds. Voila! Brain-boosting, bulletproof matcha latte in minutes.
