- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup ice
- 2 tbsp GFC cacao latte blend
- 1 tbsp collagen protein powder
- 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash sea salt
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- NOTE: If you want to eat this like ice cream, place the shake in the freezer for 1-2 hrs, and voila - healthy blissful cacao ice cream!
