Bliss Cacao Milkshake
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cashews 
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp GFC cacao latte blend 
  • 1 tbsp collagen protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Dash sea salt 

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. 
  2. NOTE: If you want to eat this like ice cream, place the shake in the freezer for 1-2 hrs, and voila - healthy blissful cacao ice cream!
