Berry Immunity Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp Glow Flow Chefs Turmeric Latte Blend

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until evenly combined.
