Adaptogenic Matcha Energy Balls



  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. I like to use my hands to get everything fully combined.
  2. Roll the dough into small or medium balls (whatever size energy balls you desire).
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet and set in the fridge to firm up. Your energy balls will be ready to eat and get you that blissful energy you desire in as little as 10 minutes!
*There are countless ways to change this recipe up. You can add in dried fruit (like cherries or goji berries); nuts or seeds, protein powder, maca, cacao or even adaptogens like cordyceps (for an additional boost of energy). The options are endless - have fun with these!
