Berry Lemon Smoothie

Berrylicious is the word for this smoothie! Refreshing berry flavor with a hint of tang from the lemon. If you’re looking for a light, easy, energizing breakfast or afternoon snack, this blissful smoothie has your name all over it.

- Serves: 1
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 lemon, with rind (only if organic; otherwise use juice of 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon acai powder (antioxidant-rich, metabolic booster)
- 1 tablespoon tocos (beauty food, antioxidant-rich, fertility aid)
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Be sure to add liquid ingredients first, as always with smoothies.
