Flow Mix – Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Trail Mix

We don’t travel anywhere on the weekends without this trail mix. It’s a great snack in the airport or on the plane. Plus, having it stops you from snacking on other junk that can be tempting while traveling. It’s superfood packed!
- Yield: ~ 5 cups
- 1 cup cacao nibs
- 1 cup goji berries
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds (preferably activated)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup mulberries
- 1/3 cup golden berries (optional)
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine with hands. Store in a large glass container or kraft bag for travel.
